DiveCon is a nice challenge, it teaches a lot beyond the basics and you really have to concentrate on the students, so your diving has to be spot on. You shouldn't have to take the time to think about your diving, just the students. I have enjoyed my course very much and have now finished up...

I also like PB&J when boat diving, on whole wheat bread. I take lots of water and usually another hydrating drink like powerade or gatorade as well. But for some reason peanut butter and jelly tastes really really good after a salty dive.

I have a set of scubapro tropical gloves that I haven't used in a long time but a basically new, one dove a couple of dives on them, leather palms and fingers, but thin enough for good dexterity.
