I just wanted to give a hello to everyone whom I have seen at different events and those whom I haven't yet. I am finally moved up to Bradenton :) Now to fully unpack :(
Well I've accepted a position with the Manatee County Sheriff's Office. So I expect to moving up to Bradenton in the next several weeks. We will have to do some diving Tracy :).
Not sure how much this position is going to take of my time, there are several huge projects they will need me to...

I think its too easy to be able to drive a boat, I am all for requiring licenses for boats. Too many people just get behind the wheel and never know any of the rules.

Well have fun, I won't be there. I would like to know why DAN is required for a volunteer diver when a waiver is signed and any accident would be covered under the counties workmans comp policy. I also disagree with this being an advanced dive aside from under the pier possibly and the depths...
