    I would save up the money and purchase both whenever possible. Pelizarri's book may be considered a bit more advanced but both offer a wealth of info to any freediver. And once you delve into it, you'll likely want to learn more and advance yourself. Great reads!

    Sound advice from these guys but don't forget about the importance of nutrition. Your body will respond and adapt to the exercise MUCH more effectively when it is getting proper nutrition. Sorry if i'm sounding like your Mom but eat your green beans Tom! :D
