As you understand local diver is not interested in all these guided tours in Jerusalem etc. of course it supposed to be cheaper than 2400 USD, and they dont want to lower their profit, so...     Guy which was 182cm/100kg took 92 pounds of lead, with steel tank, dont know the rest of the setup, I guess he dove with lycra, no one needs neoprene in these waters
