I have two Wisdom computers. I have an older Wisdom and now have a Wisdom 3. They both have lost their ability to backlight. Looks common but upsetting since the backlight is only used during night dives.

I have to chime in here as well. I tend to lose heat pretty quickly and often end up shivering in the middle of the second dive. I've learned to get a hood (lavacore) which I wear comfortably on the second dive. So what works for the masses doesn't translate for all, so I agree.

I wondered if anyone knew if the Sherwood Vision program, that can e downloaded off their site, compatible with the Wisdom3? If so is it a more intuitive program (worth using)? I use the current one which hasn't been updated in over five years, so just curious. Thank you

I just had my Phantom LP hose go on me last week during an overseas dive trip. I noticed on the surface fortunately enough. Now I'm stuck on wether to replace or go with a true MiFlex hose. I'll post on whether the warranty extends past two years.

If you dowloaded it the first time cable is most likely fine. I tend to have issues using my Vista PC at times and the dive computer is not recognized. I was considering it but thought that acquiring the hose alone would be less. Not sure if Sherwood sells just the hose alone without the QD adapter. There is a tool to remove the adapter.

I take the BC and AIr XS2 every two to three years. I am meticulous in keeping my equipment clean/maintained so I think every 2-3 should suffice. Especially just a BC. Test her on a tank and dunk her in a pool. Should be simple enough.

I currently have an Oceanic Probe BC and have noticed that my top dump valve is showing wear on the string. Is there a replacement part I can purchase? It appears that it is an easy replacement and hate to pay an LDS for such a minor fix. Thank you
