    Singer Island FL

+1 for Ocean Quest. Sandy is excellent with kids. I've been on her boat many times with both of my kids. She caters to the group on the boat at the time. I don't think you would be disappointed.

    FYI cold water in WPB

We dove 7 windows yesterday, it was 84 top to bottom. Also dove the playpen and had a thermocline at 35'. Above was 81 and below was 75. Vis was around 30' and milky with an easy north current.

    Found mask LBTS

On my return trip from the the reef in front of Datura Ave. I found a mask near the snorkel trail today. I know it's a long shot, but if it might be yours, let me know what it looks like. I'll be in town for a few more days and would be happy to return it.

"Ocean Quest Scuba" or "Pura Vida Divers" ?

I've been out with both. Overall I would recommend Oceanquest. She is out of the Riviera Beach Marina, where you don't have to pay to park. The staff is great. There is no guarantee on how many divers there will be on the boat, but she does have a max of 11 plus the crew. I've been on with a...

    Cool baitball in Islamorada

Awesome. My son and I watched as a bait ball swirled around us several times at BHB a couple years ago. It was cool thing to witness until I realized that we were in the middle of the bait. I wish I had a camera.

The continuing sagas of the Blue Heron Bridge

Many thanks to the lady diver who showed me the very small nudibranch yesterday afternoon. She motioned me over in earnest as we were passing by. Clearly excited by the find. I was diving with my two sons, this being only my youngests second dive at the bridge. It was under the west span. I...

    Florida Diving

Just spent a week diving in West Palm. Some folks went to Zuccarelli’s and Burt Reynolds came in to eat. A 21 year old in the group didn't recognize him. Boy do I feel old.
