My wifes dive computer was damaged in the middle of the week on our Bonaire trip a couple weeks ago, I replaced it with a new Sunnto Gekko I purchased right on the island so she could keep diving safely. We both really like the Gekko. I am considering getting a second Gekko for myself.

Thanks Doug and Jack for your helpful advice and feedback. I will look in to adding an optical sync cord to the external strobe. Above water I think I have the external flash in sync. Doug, what camera setting is best to operate on? I notice I have many options to choose from.
