Hey all,
I need some help...
I have 10 days of vacation coming the end of April beginning of May and want to book a liveaboard trip. My dates are somewhat flexible. I am living in Hong Kong so I want to stay on this side of the world.
I have no idea where to start. How do I find the right...
Looking to do about two weeks diving beginning of May around Phuket and a liveaboard in the middle. Anyone know how I can snag the best deal for 10 days of diving.
Hey all,
Thanks much for the info. I will be sure to let you know how everything is.
FYI...I have AOW certification so looks like I am in business.
Also, I have JM certification (Jaegermeister Master).
Cheers...
Jon
I am off on a short trip to Puerto Galera from Feb 5 -11.
What are the top dive sites not to miss on a first trip to Puerto Galera? I know this is an open question and it all depends what I am looking for. After 9 dives...I dont know...so if you have any thoughts on your favorite dives it...
Hey all,
Anyone have any experience with these. I like the look of the Suunto best but was wondering if anyone has anything to say about them in comparison.
Best,
Jon
Hey all,
Anyone have any experience with these dive computers. I am living in HK and these are the ones that seem to be the dive watch computers available locally. This will be my first dive computer and I want something that can grow as my dive experience increases.
Thanks,
Jon
Anyone have any recommendations for a nice place to stay around US$50. El Galleon is all booked up around Chinese New Year (Feb 7-9) and I want to dive with Asia Divers. They were nice enough to get me a reservation at Carmrob next door. Also, this is my first trip to PG so any and all...
I am looking for something that will give me the basic dive info. I have been looking at the Citizen Aqualand watches as well as Mares (Nemo) and Suunto Dive Computers. Any experience or suggestions with these?
The Citizen watches are a little difficult to find where I am in HK.
Does anyone have any recommendations for dive computers or watches for a beginner?
Just passed my open water and psyched about all the gear there is to be had but want to make the right choice.
Seems like everyone I speak to has a bunch of experiences with gear as in they are always trying to find better fitting stuff. I understand it will take a bit of time and dives to find the proper equipment that I like.
I just dont want to purchase some gear that I have to junk right away...
