Hey Marcin, I clearly am too late to join you today, but would love to dive there sometime soon. I'm able to dive June 1st or June 7th, both Sundays, if you are interested. I've never gone diving there, but since I live in Astoria, I think it's a no-brainer. Diving in my backyard!

this may be a dumb question, but I think I read somewhere or saw some pictures of someone diving in Maine with seals. Could have been a Disney movie, or a dive website- does anyone know if there is a place?

never mind- it finally worked- very cool! I did notice that i began to breathe harder because the chopped up movie made the diver sound like they had irregular breathing. too funny- I'm an air hog in the water and on land too! anyway, I really enjoyed the movie. Thanks!

alright, I give up- I can't download the movie for the life of me. I downloaded it and it took forever but when it was finished it said it wasn't a movie... weird.

Has anyone gone to King's Beach to dive? What's it like? How deep does it get and what's the vis like? What can you see there?

Hey Deltat, I've only used single tanks, so that's good. My problem is that I tend to use air quickly. Is the boat ok with people ascending alone? Out of my 40 dives, probably 25 of them I've ascended alone so I'm fine with doing that. I hate to make someone come up early because of my air...

what is a sane temperature to dive with a 7 mm? I just started diving last summer so I'm not sure when to jump on in. Keep in mind, I want to be able to walk back out of the water.

what was the water temp at ft. wetherill? i'm in fl diving now, but am anxious to get back in the water up north- home sweet home.
