    The Slipstreams are lighter and neutrally buoyant. They are stiffer and much harder on the legs for a standard kick, I have found they are much better for frog kicking.

    I meant no offense to anyone, but I assumed (I know what happens when you assume:D) since it is posted in this forum (Hogarthian Diving), that was what he was trying to accomplish. I fully endorse the concept of diving the way and gear you like.

    I may be wrong, but I don't think a comfort harness conforms to Hogarthian principles of minimalism.

    What plate did you get? If you havent already purchased the pockets, the trim pockets that go on the cam bands may work for you, steel plate + trim pockets could possibly work.

    Whatever you're going to buy now, DON'T! Listen to the people (veterans) who have spent before. Buy the absolute best even if it cost a little more than you wanted to spend, you'll save money in the end. There's an expensive reason I own at least TWO of everything.:depressed:
