Nice, what material did you buy? LDS said Buna was the material for all scuba orings. but earlir in theis thread folks talked about other materials and I go ta little confused. 026 is the size I was planning on from research along with 70 duro.

Thats my fear. I called an LDS who said buna-n was the material to use and that silicone lube worked with them. I am hoping for a second opinion to confirm. I am pretty confident on the size I need. I dont have a lotta love for the LDS’s. And I want to get away from buying “kits” my fear

ok, I may have found an answer but would like some confirmation. sounds like EPDM works well with silicone grease, where Viton may expand in time with silicone grease...is that true?

Looking for new places to dive and vaca. Came across Anguilla on a dive mag article (bias none the less). Above water looks great. the dive sites appear to line the shore. Is shore diving an option? boat diving is $250 for two tanks... Anyone dive there?

my wife and I have been 2X and stayed at Belmar apartments - LOVED IT! But, we want to go with a friend or two who want a couple boat dives...trying to talk them out of this but...what ever. So the question - where to stay. needs to be closer to bars and restaurants and have a dive boat...

looks like the dive op we are using for a couple day on the boat rents them for $6 a day - these have a weight on them to drop in the sand as to not tie up to anything - PERFECT! thanks again!
