Im thinking of doing that. Building another stick with 4" pipe. what size is the part when your sensor is...
I though I would go with a 2" out of the stick & into the compressor to reduce back pressure....

The stick is the 2 inch PVC as described in the oxy hacker's plan.
inlet tube is 1" ID
I think 6" would give me way too much air, and I would have a lean mixture even with the oxy full blast
im going to look for an LPM reg that goes higher than 15 LPM...... then maybe I could try 4" stick...
That analyzer comes with a thermistor and pretty much stays in the nitrox stick...
I should get the desired reading using the hand held analyzer...

im using a medical LPM regulator that goes to 15 lpm. That does not seem to be...
I finally used it for the first time today. I was all excited!!!
but at the end of the day, my mixes are coming out short.
I filled 2 tanks where my new nuvair oxygen analyzer was showing 32.4% going into the compressor intake tube...
end result with an analyzer at the tank (also brand new)...

OK, Im looking at Swagelok web site... I guess you used branch tees for the gauges & valves.... if not which specific tee did you use? I get a quote of around 32.00 each....

Nice panel that would work I suppose. I wonder about the check valve set up for filling the banks.
and since it fills the lowest bank first (most likely bank 1) what happens when bank 1 reaches the same pressure as bank 2, does it then fill bank 1 and bank 2 until they reach max pressure?
