Just a follow up in case someone reads this when they face the problem in the future. I upgraded to the latest firmware, but it did not resolve the problem. I also tried resetting all the settings. No luck. Transmitter and computer going back to ScubaPro. They say they have never seen this...

How do you see it as much less expensive???? Last time I sent something in, I was charge the shipping costs by my LDS. Plus then you have to wait until the LDS gets around to shipping it for you. If I can take care of it myself, why involve a third party.

Are you required to have a LDS send you gear in for service or warrenty work?

Hatel - Could not agree with you more. It is very weird that the new transmitter "could be" involved in the problem. That is what has me scratching my head. I half expected when I downloaded my dive to Smart Trak to see a lot of gaps in the PSI readings... but nope... clean as a whistle...
