well i wanted to dive and lived in jersey. the only smart thing to do would be to dive the huge amount of wrecks right off shore.

i went with a bp/w because of how modular it is and how you can tailor everything to your needs. if you buy a jacket bc or back inflate you are getting a certain amount of lift that can never be changed. if you are a cold water diver diving a large steel tank, plenty of lead, and tons of gear...

is there any real advantages on spending $200 for the docking station, is it really worth it?

hey guys, i have the chance to buy a nitek duo thats been dove 2 times for $350. whats everyones feelings on this computer. eventually i will be taking more tech classes so i will use it as a bottom timer but for the next year or so ill use it as a real computer. so how do you like it?

hey everyone. i usually know how much weight i need but this time im barrowing some gear from a friend. this will be my setup. henderson hyperstrech 7mm suit, steel bp/w, sta and a steel 95. i will be diving in salt water so, anyone know how much weight i should have?? i am 5'10 190#

never did a shore dive either. have been trying to get out and do one all summer but cant find anyone. let me know if you find anyone organizing shore dives

hey everyone. im going out with northeast scuba in two weeks and cant decide which trip i want to sign up for, the G.I or the pauline marie. anyone have any opinions and descriptions of these two dive sites.

this is what i do. even though my air consumption is pretty good i just like having more gas so i dive a steel lp 95. gives me plenty of time with a full fill. plus a steel tank gets weight off that belt.

i would love to dive here or on any quality boat. i have only dove singles so i cant hit any real deep wrecks but i would love a shore dive.

well im very thankful for all of the advice everyone has given me. i dont know if it makes a differance but i will be using a drysuit for all of my diving??
