On the news last night they said he jumped in with out his fins. They also said it was not a "charter" boat but a friends boat. They said he was an experienced diver. I guess he did not drop his weight belt and inflate his BC. Very sad :(

We did 4 trips on the Nekton boats. There are just awful when the boat is full. There were many times we could not get a place to sit and eat as there is not enough room for all. We ended up sitting in the lounge or uptop. The crew that did not have to be waiters for the meal all sat around on...

Both times I stepped off the ferry onto the dock it was a mad house. Not dive ops looking for customers, just people and kids and dogs and luggage everywhere...was crazy. So if you add to that sales people, yikes.. BUT....still would love to come back. I spent both of my trips there at Laguna...
