That's consistent with what I've experienced in my many trips with Rainbow Reef

As far as I know, it's who tells the truth. Because I've always been allowed to dive my dive with Rainbow Reef. I wouldn't dive either if I were limited to 45 minutes.

Every trip I've ever done with them the dives have been 1 hour.
