The best is to study the information that you should have been provided. OW tests are usually pretty basic. Which agency?

Way far south and west to the Southern California Pacific.... but our lobster season just ended. Opens back up towards the end of September. That should give you enough time to make it here. Let us know when you are in town. :)
I would go if my experience qualifies me. I dove with the Coastkeepers 1st Team to search for any Killer Algae (caulerpa taxifolia) in Newport Harbor. We survived the bay of jellies with no casualties. Our mission was completed successfully.;)
