Other than the price, what would you say are the advantages of the Nauticam compared to Subal? I heard that in the future you would also be able to use Subal ports??

@ WWD.......I am not fond diving in 20+ other divers and everybody tries to get in place. Which operator do you recommend going out in small groups and making sure everybody behaves responsible?

Well, after checking here with the Indonesian Embassy I got the news that this kind of visa (D) is only available in certain countries i.e. important ones. Vietnam is not one of it. It's back to single entries.

I now do a yearly Live-aboard trip. The diving is so good, some places in Asia really pale. I for sure look forward to my next one in December.

I came to the same conclusions with the exception of the D700 matter. I am still thinking. Reason is that every agent in Singapore sells the body with a kit lens which I already have. They are not prepared to solely sell the body.

In June I booked a trip on the Manthiri. Really loved it. Smaller boat but fantastic servcie. Mosa is top as a guide. So is Abou. Loved it so much i booked a longer on a longer 12 day trip end of next year.
