Hey guys, just wondering if anyone knew of any exercises that can help you to hold your breath longer. Currently I can hold my breath for 2:30 above water and 1:00 below. So any techniques or secrets would be great, thanks.

I went snorkeling between 1st and 2nd cliff on saturday and saw tautog and striper, and the water was wicked nice
