cramps

Hi everyone...I am suffering leg/feet cramps on almost every dive and have for years. Yesterday, I used some shorter fins in the lake and had cramps on the backside of my thighs--a new one for me. In the ocean I use full foot fins which I love. Any thoughts about fins or does anyone have any...
