dental surgery

Hello there, I have a question: is it safe to go scuba diving just after a wisdom tooth extraction and/or a tooth implant? Or Or is this not even a cause for concern (in which case, pardon my ignorance)? Thank you in advance for advising.

My dentist, endodentist and dental surgeon are not divers and cannot answer my questions: 1. Can I dive right after getting a bone graft in my jaw, once the stitches are off? 2. Can I dive right after getting an implant imprint ( when the screw is put in place)?
