I've never had time to get fully certified and have just had fun with hotel dives along the way. Now that my kids are all old enough, going to try this spring to get them into it. Heading to Cozumel! Trying to learn more here!

This Satuday I hung a 24" glass free convex safety mirror from a swimmers starter block in a pool about 2 feet above ground (string to starter block, weights on bottom). Except for the initial kiddy soccer effect (all in one hive around the ball), it worked pretty well for instant feed back on...
