neoprene alternative

Hi All, I have been diving a long time and have many (over 1,000) dives, but have recently been diagnosed with an allergy to neoprene. I currently use a Pinnicle mariano wool alternative which is top entry and not too warm.Does anyone have any suggestions? Am looking into Sharkskin and...
