Not into watching video on the net but finding stuff can make up for a lot conditions wise. Have you considered a low volume vac pump to draw the muck away?
 
I have not...Sorry about no pics but I am having major trouble on forums uploading pics with my new operating system..
 
This site can be difficult but pics are easier than video for me.
you can probably rig an effective siphon to clear the sediment with simple hardware store stuff.
 
A guy that works for us found a 1829 US penny on Thursday.. it was pretty messed up but you can see the word liberty. It was about twice the size of the current penny. Cool stuff! Great find!
