So i have a light for me nw7 and their 12.2AH
canisterbattery. The battery is equipped with two rca ports. Were i to add a video light (red star mini) would the battery be able to do this? Would there be a big performance hit if both lights were running (aside from battery life)? Would i need to turn one off before turning the other on?

you'd have to ask the manufacturer. Without knowing the discharge rate of the BMS system there's no way to know if the battery can handle the discharge current from both lights on high.
175wh on the battery pack
Probably 50w draw on the primary head on high since they don't specify, 100w on the video light.

It should be able to handle a 1c draw, but it will only last for an hour with both on high. I would be surprised if it wouldn't work though
