1. Are the outer (grip) o-rings on the MR11 light head the same as the top locking o-ring above the lens?

2. I want to change out my pull dump inflator on my rec wing to an elbow and wondering if I use the existing inflator and remove the cord, longer hose and just buy a shorter (12") corrugated hose and 90 degree elbow?

1. No, these o-rings are different.
2. Yes, you can do this if you wish.
