2. Must submit entry/s postmarked not later than January 15, 2010
3. Entry must be submitted in 8X10" print format (no electronic submissions)
4. Photos will not be returned.
5. Owner grants publication rights to Off the Wall Scuba on a one time basis to showcase winners on our website
6. Winners will be selected by the Instructors of Off the Wall Scuba. Their decision will be final.
7. Ownership, management and employees (including subcontractors) of Off the Wall Scuba are not eligible to win, however their family members are.
8. Winner will be chosen on or about February 15, 2010.
9. The ownership of Off the Wall Scuba is authorized to make any/and all decisions regarding any dispute related to this contest. By entering the contest you agree to and accept all of the above rules.
