40mb zip file will not upload

upload page says max of 100 mb and zip is listed a good

file size is 40.5

but no joy on the upload

tried here, progress bar spins - but no joy

Right now it's 10MB but it's being changed. I jumped the gun on changing the upload dialog box to 100mb

It sounds simple but a system file needs to be updated before the forum s/w can use the larger value.- it's been requested..

Pending resolution I've set the default back to 10MB -sorry for the confusion
I did not expect the update to take so long.
