Need to have more sexy scuba-pirates movies. Embrace the ethos! Good visibility, skimpy wetsuits.

Every year they should just remake this movie, like Fast and the Furious movies, but without Vin Diesel....

From the trailer, the movie looked really dumb.

Shark sensationalism is a given.

However, they could have used dive physics and scuba themes to dramatic effect.

Show them having to overcome narcosis. Watch their tank rapidly empty and have to decide to leave the cage to make it to the surface. Maybe forced to buddy breath, maybe the last 25 meters as a ESA -- perhaps even use positive buoyancy to rocket away from an attacking shark.

And after much harrowing danger, they make it to the boat ....Oh, thank god, we're safe...

Only to be told "You have to get back in the water immediately!!"

Why haven't I been hired as a screenwriter???

saw it in local theater on a night other than "cheap movie night." It is one of those movies that should have gone "direct to video" or whatever the equivalent is in the age of Netflix

Why didn't I come here first before spending money to see it?

I just watched this on Netflix, it was pure Hollywood garbage. Silly and dumb.
