You’ll need a new piston but once that is included it will be a B2, or put in a Monel piston and it will be an M1.

Update, there's nothing wrong with the reg, all used gear should be serviced before use. That being said the reg is lightly used and should be serviced to ensure it's safe to dive but there is nothing catastrophically wrong with the reg.

Service kits for the B1 are no longer available, the piston update makes it a B2, they do still sell the upgrade kit with new piston and seat.
