    Hello All,
Just a quick question. I am thinking about taking the A.I. course. Is there an I.E. for the A.I. course? Or is it you take the 4 day class and you are done and become an A.I?

    What agency?
Also, ask who you are taking the course with. They may do a test of sorts or may not depending on what they require to sign you off. The IE is not required for PADI AI.

to become a PADI AI you do not have to attend a IE- that is only for OWSI but must be signed off after training by ether a PADI Course Director or IDC Staff Instructor or PADI Master Instructor.
