I'll risk being redundant as this was mentioned once before on a posting, but it is too full of important information to be missed. Peter Schulz, an underwater photographer, has a page on Splashdown Divers website that contains manual settings for using the Oly 5050 underwater. I found these settings also work well on my older C2040Z. I started using his settings about two weeks ago (even w/o a strobe) and got much better results with my camera. Be sure and check out all his links as he also talks about strobe setups.
