My buddy lost his action camera at Paradise Reef near the Carnival cruise ship dock. It's a small WeyTy camera - a knock off of a gopro hero. Had underwater case, red filter and yellow floating handle. Only had his palancar garden dive on it. He is an avid photographer and new diver and devastated to have lost his footage from Palancar Gardens.

Should we assume it went to the surface because of the floating handle? If so it may already be out to sea.

I figure it did. I looked - we were still pretty near the surface when he noticed he didn't have it. I thought maybe someone on the boat picked it up but no luck.

Expect a whale shark to find it and record his adventures.
