I am attempting to help someone out: we need ADA ground transportation on Grand Carmen for someone in a full time wheelchair and we seem to be having some issues - we found only one option and the reliability is questionable. Given the number of cruise ships that do there I would imagine that there would be more, so I figured this might be a good place to ask!
