Advice needed

Hi. I need everyone's opinion. I usually dive in Cozumel but my wife wants to take a cruise. We are looking at one that stops in Belize City. Is it possible to find a dive op that will take me out from here? How about some recommendations? Thanks - I really appreciate the help!

They're located in the heart of Belize City just down from the unfortunately named "Tourism Village" where the cruise ship crowds are dropped off for the day.

I don't have any personal experience with SSB other than chatting with one of the boat captains while waiting for coffee at one of the food shacks across the street. A little scary looking (big bulky dude with lots of tats) but a heckuva nice guy.
