My Aeris F11 was dead so I thought it was battery. Ordered some more batteries still did not work. Checked old battery it was OK.

I email Aeris over 2 weeks ago about what to do, but no response. Can it be sent in for repair? Or what to do with a $400 dead watch?
 
Aeris was re-integrated into Oceanic last year so you might be contacting an e-mail address they no longer monitor.
