hiya. I have an older Akona AK 200 series dive knife, which has begun to rust around where the blade meets the hilt and the two buttons or knobs on the handle itself. I was wondering how if possible the blade could be removed to allow for proper cleaning and treating of the metal. the rest of the blade and my other knife are in prime condition, and are rinsed and coated with silicon after each dive.

the parts I can get at I should've said, as well as as much as I can squeeze down around the handle with a q-tip.

Nevermind, between 6 of us we managed to get it apart.
