why the dsat algorithm can only be found in oceanic computers?

Each manufacture has their own ideas on what is a safe algorithm - none of them are right and none are wrong - but there is no guarantee that you will not get a hit - if you build in conservatism or don't push the NDLs for recreational diving chances are you will be better off. Who do you build the computer for - the Olympic athlete or the weekend somewhat out of shape warrior? What are you willing to risk may help you determine which computer you would like to own.
 
The only full implementation of RGBM I've heard of recently was an add-on for the Liquivision Xeo, but the web site is no longer available, so even that option might be gone. VPM appears to be the only widely implemented bubble model available these days.
