I sure wish there was a LOB that did not require landing in Cuba or spending any money there. I just can’t bring myself to patronize a country that destroyed my family’s with Communism.
 
If diving there is anything like the wall at Guantanamo Bay, then that should be some great diving.

Jardines de la Reina is fantastic diving. I stayed on the (Avalon) Tortuga, the floating barge, in 2015. Here are pics and videos. Hope they are easy to access:

Do you know if they have the appropriate educational program set up for US citizens? Fingers crossed that soon that kind of silliness will not be required.

Since All-Star is doing it, they will now, since they're an American company. Avalon has partnered with American companies in the past to fulfill the educational and people to people requirements. I think Ocean Doctor (Dr Guggenheim) used to use Avalon for educational trips for US citizens.
