ANDI Europe shut-down?

Any background information regarding this strange announcement?
I suppose that text was not phrased by a native speaker.

As I understand it, ANDI Germany was doing their own thing without the parent ANDI company getting anything out of it or being informed about new certifications. Finally ANDI pulled the plug on ANDI Germany.
Other ANDI organisations located in europe are not affected and are still in good standing.

Apparently there is no full coverage of Europe anymore:

• ANDI Adria = Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, BIH, Montenegro, Kosovo, Macedonia, Hungary, Turkey
• ANDI Mediterranean Ltd is located on Cyprus

How about The Netherlands, UK, etc.?

The headquarter as issued two notices, telling that any correspondence should be addressed to NY.
