I managed to break a Sport Pro HD, got another one as a birthday present and promptly bricked that one trying to do the firmware update. I contacted Intova's customer service and they were willing to replace both under warranty without any hassle and shipping covered both ways! Thanks Intova, and Kevin.
 
They have always gone above and beyond when I contacted them. Good folk. :eek:k:
