Your best option in St Lucia is Dive Fair Helen. They will pick you up and drop you off at your cruise ship. Almost all diving on St Lucia is guided, although most are fairly flexible. More than anything else I think they want to make sure you see good stuff and protect there reefs. I personally don't understand the bad rap guided diving gets. I am a 15 yr diver with over 250 dives and I have had only a few dives where I would have prefered them not to be guided. There is something to be said to be diving with a gide that nows the dive area. You can concentrate on enjoying your dive and not have to worry about navigation as your guide will take care of that for you....
