Anybody have experience with Ikelite 9304 and 9304.1 ports?

I'm hoping to get the Raynox 5050 wideangle adapter for my Canon HF100, and put it inside an Ikelike 6090 casing with the flat port 9304.1, anybody using this? It isn't entirely clear what the end result will be between the dome port and the flat port, although I did get some good info back from Ikelite, was hoping to see some examples of this in use.
