In August, Preston Hobbie a member of the IDC is hosting an underwater dart tournament fundraiser for a leukemia organization. (I will post the actual one once I find out. I forgot which one he stated at the meeting). We are in need of forms and such to use to give to people and businesses that donate money and or items for the event. Does anyone have any similar paperwork? We would have to change the name and such I am sure...but tweaking a few things would be better then starting from scratch! Any and all information will be helpful! Thanks!!
btw~ I am on a team! I will need sponsors...all donations are accepted...but a minimum of $100 donation gets a name or logo printed on the shirt!
