I think I'm just about to get into autocross. Anyone else here do it?

The only car I ever had that was in good shape for that type of hard use was a 4Runner. Not exactly an autocross type vehicle!

I did do Battletrax (Buell sponsored autocross for motorcycles) a couple of times, but it isn't really competitive, more of an opportunity to talk to other riders and push your limits just a tiny bit. Not just Buells. I had a BMW, and I saw a Gold Wing and a YSR50 at the events I attended.

My old '89 Prelude might be up to it when I get some minor bodywork done on it, though.

I did a track day about a year and it is very addictive. I haven't done more, but i'm looking into autocross for a cheaper alternative to a full course track day. Check out the scca website.
