Update everyone! Sorry for the gap in communications.
I modified the design a little, closing the gap between the legs, and increasing the hole diameter for the bungee.
Today I printed and assembled a bending jig. It isn't perfect, but much better than the freehand method. Once the shipment of bungee arrives on Friday, I can verify the hole diameter. I hope to mass-produce the first sheet on Monday.
