Does anyone know if the service kit for these regulators are any different than the standard ones?

According to the UK website it appears that these regulators approved for 100% oxygen are oxygen-cleaned and assembled in a clean room, but are the o-rings or HP seat upgraded to something that is more oxygen compatible than EDPM and nylon 6/6?

Any evidence that Viton o-rings and Kel-F or Teflon is used in the seat?

Parts are the same and have passed 100% O2 testing. Service kit requires cleaning for use over 40%

Apeks use EPDM for O-rings which is O2 compatible to 40%.
You do have to O2 clean it for 100% O2.
I suppose one has to put on a pair of powder-less lattex glove and lube the O-rings and the HP seat with O2 compatible grease. Wipe the excess grease off with clean and greaseless paper/towel.
I just use it straight from the pack.
