Apex XTX50 and XTX40 - which first stage to choose?

I meant the ATX40 with DS4, not the AT40! :)
There is no AT40.
I have ATX40 as well.
Would the 50 better than 40 in performance? I doubt it because they are more or less the same except on the adjusting screw.
You can readily replace that plastic screw on the 40 with the metal one if you can get the spare part.

There was a TX40. Older, with a central purge button. Works fine.

TX50 is my work horse for both rec and tec dive. T20 is the octo.
TX40 is for my 50% deco mix.
ATX40 is for my 100%.
DS4/FSR are interchanged among trip.

ATX is lighter and smaller and so is the diaphragm.
 
Perhaps you can be my Jiminy Cricket, and next time I sell something post "are you sure" lol...

Yeah, and you can do the same for me when I go to buy something.
