This was made quite a few years ago and it was purchased from the manufacturer brand new. It was only used a few times and has been sitting for awhile. Last time it was used it was in working order, but since then the batteries have all died, so it will need a new set of batteries. Unsure about the cost of the batteries. The trailer can be included.
