Aqualung ACD System - When did it start?

So, I've been looking into buying an Aqualung Legend regulator set and the ACD system is really important for me. I've been searching a lot on eBay for second hand ones, but one thing I was not able to find out is when did the legend regulators start being sold with the ACD system. There was a guy, for example, selling a 6-year old legend and he said it did not come with the ACD. Does anyone know anything about that?

Not that it couldn't have been before that.

Scubadiving didn't mention it in their 2002 review so I'd assume sometime between the two The Mother of All Reg Reviews
